He is currently the Coordinator / Chairman of the Working Group for the Regular Inspection of Buildings (TEK, ETEK). He is the coordinator of the Committee for translating the New FIDIC Yellow Book 2017, Contract, in Greek, Member of the National Technical Standardization Committee CYS TC 18: Eurocodes and Coordinator of the Subcommittee CYS TC 18 SC 03 & 04. He was appointed by the FIDIC Task Group 8 (TG8) as an International Expert / Friendly Reviewer, for producing the update of the new second edition of FIDIC Short Form of Contract (The 2021 Green Book). He is a full member of several professional organizations both in Cyprus and Internationally: Engineering Council U.K. (Chartered Civil Engineer), the Institution of Civil Engineers – (ICE) U.K. (FICE), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), the Concrete Society (MCS), the FEANI Association (Eur. Ing), the Society of Earthquake Engineering and Civil Engineering Dynamics (SECED), ETEK and CyACE. He was President of the Cyprus Association of Civil Engineers (CYACE) for two consecutive tenures (2013 – 2015 and 2015 – 2017). He was also a member of the ETEK Disciplinary Board from 2005 until 2014 and chairman of Division 1 from 2011 until 2014. He is currently elected as a member of the General Council of the Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK), since 2014, and currently is elected as the General Secretary of the of ΕΤΕΚ Administrative Committee (2020 – 2023). Andreas Vyras was born in 1978 in Larnaka. He graduated from St. George Lyceum and following his army duties, he pursued his studies at the University of Cyprus at the Department of Business and Public Administration specialized at the Banking and Financial Sector. He continued his studies at the Southampton University in England, where he got this Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA). He returned to Cyprus in 2002. Motivated by his interest in public affairs he worked and he participated in many organizations and agencies such as the Ministry of Finance, for two years period and to Famagusta – Larnaka Co-operative Savings Society Ltd, for ten years period as an Internal Auditor and as General Manager. Till his election as Mayor of Larnaka, he was also one of the Managing Executives of the Cooperative Central Bank of Cyprus. During the years 2003 to 2009 he served as a Member and as President of the Youth Board of Cyprus. In 2016 he was elected Mayor of Larnaka and as President of the Union of Cyprus Municipalities. Pagona Liggou was born and raised in Athens, where she took her first professional steps in an Italian multinational Cement industry for 28 consecutive years in a succession of senior positions such as Official Spokesperson, Public Relations & Communication, Human Resources Management & Development and Corporate Governance. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Administration from Indianapolis University and a Bsc in Business Administration and Public Relations. Since 2012, she lives in Cyprus, where, until May 2020, she was Chief Human Resources and Communication Officer in a heavy industry. During the period 2019-2020, she served as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus CSR Association, and she is also member of the Cyprus Mediation Association & Cyprus HR Management Association. George Malekkos is a dedicated Software Innovation Architect who focuses on accelerating the successful adoption of cloud technology. Since 1993, he has served as the CEO and founder of Powersoft Cyprus. George is an active Cloud Standards Customer Council (CSCC) member and a workgroup leader for the whitepaper titled "Practical Guide to Cloud Service Level Agreement." Additionally, he has a significant history with the Cyprus Information Technology Enterprises Association (CITEA), where he served as Vice-President for several years. He continues to contribute to CITEA as a board member. George shares his expertise as a guest lecturer and trains professors at all major universities and colleges in Cyprus, specialising in Computerized Accounting. He has gained valuable experience through his involvement in numerous European projects conducted under Eureka, Eurostars, FP7, and Cornet. He has been the project leader and founder of the highly successful European program Eureka EUNEA/1204/11, specifically the e-Powercard project. His contributions have made it one of the success stories of the Eureka initiative. Moreover, George remains an active member of Digital Europe and has served as one of the 30 members of their Digital Advisory Council. In addition to his professional roles, George is deeply committed to fostering entrepreneurship and innovation. He mentors and judges in various startup competitions in Cyprus and abroad. Some notable competitions include Digital Champion Cyprus, Hackathon, Microsoft Imagine Cup, EYA - European Youth Award, and Watify. Most recently, he was appointed Cyprus national expert for the World Summit Awards (WSA). The WSA is dedicated to promoting digital innovation and brings ICT professionals together from 182 different countries.

Her focus is the design and construction coordination of luxury residential buildings, and big scale mix – use projects. Lenia is the Managing Director of “Marfields Design” and the Architect of Records of the Ritz - Carlton Residences - Limassol, responsible with her team for the coordination, construction documentation and site supervision of the project.
